Our Services Explained:
Ermine Properties’ services are paid for by the Investment Buyer and with the exception of an initial one-off fee of £250:00+vat from you the house seller, you will not experience any fee for selling your home by Ermine Properties.
Upon the successful completion of your home, Ermine Properties services will be paid in full directly by the investment buyer. In fact, the only reason we charge you the initial one-off £250:00+vat, is to ensure that we are working with very genuine and committed sellers… sellers like you.
Based on an example sales price of £275,000:00’s and a traditional estate agency commission based at 2% of the sale price, this will result in a direct saving of £6,300 including vat!
Once you have agreed your asking price with Ermine Properties, we will prepare of sale photographs, the sales information pack, present your property on the leading property investment forums and work at securing an investment buyer for your home in the shortest possible time with the objective to finalise you sale within a small number of weeks, possibly from two weeks onwards.
